Manage customer artwork and orders requiring attention.
Exact count per option
Use only when each option needs a fixed number of files, like sticker packs. Leave every box empty to use the minimum and maximum above. An option left empty while others are set cannot be ordered.
Changes here are written straight to this product’s Shopify metafields — the same settings the storefront and order checks already read. They are not reconciled with the approved catalogue list, so the catalogue audit under Advanced may afterwards report a difference.
Step 3 is the one people forget. Each product template is separate, and a product whose template has no block shows no uploader at all — with no error to tell you. If a product reuses a template that already has the block, there is nothing to do.
Rules of thumb: one file → minimum 1, maximum 1. A range → minimum 1, maximum 5. A fixed number → set both to the same value. No artwork → leave Artwork required set to No.
Read-only
Compares every product against the approved catalogue list held in the project. Changes nothing.
Changes data — affects every product at once
Writes the approved list to Shopify for all products that differ from it, not just one. To change a single product, use Configure products instead.
Routine checks — read-only
Neither of these deletes anything or changes any product.
Check storage lists every artwork file, works out which orders they belong to, and reports what would be tidied up — without touching anything. Show last storage check displays the most recent report, including the automatic nightly one.
Changes data
Asks for confirmation first.
Old artwork is only ever deleted if deletion has been switched on in the server settings. It is currently off, so this runs as a safe preview and removes nothing. Artwork is kept for about 45 days after an order either way.
